These virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, traded, or redeemed for real money. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use JoyVaults services in a lawful and respectful manner. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
Cheating & Exploiting
Using hacks, bots, cheats, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
Fraudulent Activity
Engaging in fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or any form of payment manipulation.
Harmful Content
Transmitting any content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
System Interference

Impersonating JoyVaults, its employees, or any other person or entity.
Data Scraping

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your access to JoyVaults services, at our sole discretion.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of JoyVaults services — including but not limited to game code, graphics, artwork, sound effects, music, characters, storylines, trademarks, logos, and trade dress — are the exclusive property of DIFUN COMPANY LIMITED and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
User-Generated Content
If you submit, post, or share any content in connection with our services (such as reviews, feedback, or gameplay content), you grant JoyVaults a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for any purpose related to operating and improving our services.
The JoyVaults name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of DIFUN COMPANY LIMITED. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
5. Disclaimers

JoyVaults services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Game features, content, and availability may change at any time without prior notice.
We are not responsible for any loss of game progress, virtual items, or account data due to technical issues.
We do not guarantee that our services will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JoyVaults (DIFUN COMPANY LIMITED), its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to JoyVaults in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

App Store Terms
Our mobile games are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. JoyVaults is solely responsible for our apps and their content; Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for our apps.

JoyVaults reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to any or all of our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

- Involves fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity
- May create legal liability for JoyVaults

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Vietnam.
For users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law, including your right to bring claims before your local courts.
